Livraria \u00a0S\u00e1 da Costa \u2013 Editora\u00a0 \u00a0| Pra\u00e7a Lu\u00eds de Cam\u00f5es, \u00a022, 4th Floor, Lisbon<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][mk_divider style=”thin_solid” divider_width=”custom_width” custom_width=”125″ align=”left” thin_single_color=”#cccccc”][\/vc_column][\/mk_page_section][mk_page_section min_height=”0″ padding_top=”0″ padding_bottom=”0″ sidebar=”sidebar-1″][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1530720691420{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}”]In \u00a0this \u00a0exhibition, \u00a0Miguel Palma \u00a0presents ‘KM Zero’ \u00a0(2017) and ‘Labirintos’ \u00a0(2017), respectively, a sculpture \u00a0and a set of drawings – two works \u00a0that reveal the imaginary effects of an \u00a0earthquake of great intensity. <\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

‘Labirintos’, \u00a0a group of approximately 80 drawings, composed \u00a0by the juxtaposition of colourful stains of acrylic \u00a0paint and collages of machines, architectures and diverse \u00a0vehicles. The pictorial component refers to aerial views of \u00a0an imaginary territory. Eventual racing tracks, frequencies and \u00a0vibrations of possible seismic, radio and light waves. It is the \u00a0track left by the brush, when subjected to a constant, almost mechanical \u00a0movement, applied by the artist, through which abstract coloured effects are \u00a0created: circles, ellipses, letters of the alphabet or a rainbow. <\/span><\/p>\n
